Install Active Directory on Windows 2003 Server

1.To install Active Directory on Windows 2003 server, click Add or Remove a role 




2.Then will appear the Configure Your Server Wizad box, click
3.Box will appear Configure Your Server
4.Select Domain Controller (Active Directory), Next



5.Then a dialog box will appear called Active Directory Installation Wizard, next  
6.Windows will prompt you to select a domain type controller.pilih the top, next 
7.This will bring up the option to choose the type of domain, click next
8.The next Windows will ask if you want to configure or install the DNS (Domain Name System). select No and then next
9.After that Windows will ask you to provide domain names for anda.contoh (ypk.com)and Next
 
10.The next window will ask to give the name of NetBIOS (Network Basic Input Output System). And next
 
11.After naming NetBIOS, Windows will prompt you to enter path to save the database and log files from the active directory and next  
12.Windows will ask you to provide a path for the sysvol folder and next 
 
13.Next, you must select the permissions for user and group objects and next
 
14.Windows will prompt you to enter the administrator password to be used when the server starts from the Directory Services Restore Password Mode.Contoh "123 @ abc" next 
 
15.After that Windows will start installing the Active Directory. just wait
 
16.Active Directory installation is finished, click Finish
 
17.Windows will ask for restart, click restart now
